Thiaoouba Channeling Transcript: Why Your Anxiety Is a Dish Your Soul Carefully Cooked

2026-02-08

This is an edited transcript of a channeling Q&A. In this dialogue, an entity called “Tao,” a Thiaoouban mentioned in The Thiaoouba Prophecy, responds to the questioner’s inquiries. To make it easier to read, I trimmed and refined the spoken content while preserving the original meaning and Q&A structure as much as possible.

This article is not meant to take you into something more mystical, but to bring you back to something more real: from “victim” back to “experiencer.”

Quick Navigation:

  • If you only want to read about emotions and anxiety: jump straight to “9”
  • If you want the core idea that “creation and experience are one”: see “13”
  • If you want to know how to read The Thiaoouba Prophecy: see “14”

1. About “Higher/Lower Dimensions” and So-Called “Descent”: It Looks Like a Descent in Time, but Outside Time There Is No Up or Down

Question: I’m curious. The book says the author (Michel) was once in a higher dimension, then reincarnated on Earth in a lower one. Why would he “descend”?

Answer: First, there is no true “ascent/descent” in the literal sense. The reason we have ideas like “high/low” and “up/down” is that we are used to understanding things from a human perspective, so we instinctively divide them into levels.

A soul has many facets, and those facets coexist. The so-called “him in the seventh dimension” and “him on Earth” can be understood as different slices existing at the same time, not as “first up there, then down here.”

Earth itself is a field for experiencing the limits of time. From within time, it looks like a process of “coming here from somewhere”; but outside time, that linear before-and-after does not really exist, so there is no descent or either-or split to speak of.

If you want a more heartfelt way to say it: you did not “fall from above.” You simply switched the camera to an angle that lets you feel more, and be moved more deeply.

2. About “Spacetime Locking”: To Keep the Experiment More Controllable and Reduce Physical Impact

Question: The book mentions that when the author was taken away, it was like “locking spacetime.” What does that mean? Why do it?

Answer: You can think of it as a “technical simplification.” Without spacetime locking, taking the physical body directly to Thiaoouba would cause much stronger effects, and both complexity and cost would rise.

With spacetime locking, the physical burden can be greatly reduced, and a lot of technical preparation can be simplified.

As for exactly how it is done, it is hard to explain in a way that can be fully understood using Earth’s current language about spacetime.

3. About the “Two Jesuses”: Not Task Assignment, but an Experiential Choice After Free-Will Negotiation

Question: The book mentions “two Jesuses”: one later went to Japan, married, and had children; the other took over the former’s storyline. So did the first Jesus’s responsibility just end there?

Answer: You can understand it this way: it is more like a decision made through free-will negotiation. Whether you call them “Jesus A” or “Jesus B,” neither was forcibly assigned. At the soul level, they discussed and agreed on the experience to carry out. The word “mission” is a bit too rigid. More accurately, these were storylines each of them wanted to experience.

Question: Then when the second Jesus was crucified, if he had supernatural abilities, would he not feel pain?

Answer: Although the second Jesus entered a human body, his state of consciousness remained in a kind of “oneness/enlightenment.” In that kind of consciousness, pain in the human sense becomes less disturbing at the level of awareness. It is not that pain does not exist, but that pain is no longer experienced as “something that must be escaped.”

Question: Later Thiaoouba reportedly put his body on display in a museum. Why?

Answer: It is similar to human history museums, where relics of historical figures are displayed as collections. Also, what was placed in the exhibit was only the body; his soul was not imprisoned.

4. About the Moon: How You Define Terms Determines the Answer You Get

Question: Was the Moon captured by Earth, or is it a “hollow spacecraft”? I’ve also seen videos saying things flew into the Moon and then it closed.

Answer: It depends on how you define the boundary between “artificial” and “naturally formed.” When you say “artificial,” are you using today’s Earth technology as the reference, or ancient civilizations, or Thiaoouba’s technology? Under different frames of reference, the same object gets described differently.

At least from the perspective of Earth’s current civilization, the Moon is clearly not something present-day humans can build, nor something Earth’s ancient civilizations could build. But at Thiaoouba’s technological level, “building a moon” is not difficult.

At an even higher level, Earth and the solar system can also be understood as “artificial.” In the end, you return to one sentence: everything was created from a deeper source.

5. About “What If There Were No Moon”: Earth’s System Is Like a Pre-Planned “Game Environment”

Question: I know the Moon affects tides. Without it, Earth would face major trouble. So was the Moon something Earth originally needed?

Answer: You can understand it this way: the Earth-Moon system was already planned “before Earth was created,” then implemented step by step, eventually taking the form we see now. Before a planet is created, there are many simulations and designs: what direction it should develop in, and what unique experiences it can provide.

From within time, you would say, “first Earth, then at some point the Moon appeared.” But from outside time, both were set at once during planning. It is only in the human narrative of time that they appear sequential.

You can also see this as worldbuilding for a large game. From the human perspective, a “moon event” looks like dramatic upheaval; from an experiential-design perspective, it is part of the script. Souls can then choose to enter, experience, and witness the rise and fall of civilizations.

6. About “Alien Civilizations Must Not Interfere” vs. “Publishing Books That Influence the Public”: More Like Adding a New Attraction

Question: People often say alien civilizations cannot interfere with Earth because of free will. But if they have people publish books that influence the public, isn’t that interference too?

Answer: Try another angle: so-called “interference” may not really hold. Each soul follows its own soul blueprint. The appearance of a book is more like adding a new attraction to Earth’s amusement park. Those interested in it include it in their life blueprint; those not interested do not. So for the latter, it almost “doesn’t exist.”

Take The Thiaoouba Prophecy: many people on Earth have never even heard of it, so naturally it does not affect their free will.

Earth is vast and life is short. The number of “items” each person can experience is limited. Books, messages, and trends are only some options among many; they do not automatically constitute an impact on free will.

By this point, you may notice a common thread: whether we talk about dimensions, spacetime, or “interference,” the answers keep bringing you from “things happening to you” back to “active choice.” The next part returns more directly to what you truly encounter every day: emotions and experience itself.

7. About the “Earth Prison Theory”: You Are Not a Convict Serving Time, You Are an Extreme Athlete Chasing Peak Experience

Question: We keep reincarnating on Earth. Are we hypnotized? Some people say Earth is a prison. Others say we reincarnate on other planets and then come back. What is really going on?

Answer: If your current feeling is “trapped,” it is mainly because you are inside time, and time itself is a limitation. More precisely, though, it is not that you are “being limited”; you actively limit yourself. Only by narrowing yourself enough can experience become more intense.

Some souls, in pursuit of depth of experience, turn those limits up to the maximum. From Earth’s perspective, that looks like repeated reincarnation and intense, “hell-like” storylines. But from the soul’s perspective, it may simply be a chosen blueprint: the soul wants extreme, vivid, unforgettable experience.

So “Earth is a prison” is one narrative, while “Earth is a high-difficulty instance” is another. The first pushes you toward helplessness; the second brings you back to agency. Not because you become stronger, but because you remember why you came here in the first place: to experience, not to be punished.

8. About “How to Raise Spirituality”: First Stop Judging Experience as Friend or Foe

Question: If I want to grow spiritually, is there a more practical method?

Answer: The core is not pursuing some “higher” state, but realizing this: you came to Earth to experience. Every tiny feeling you have right now can be understood as what your soul most wants to taste in this moment. The more you resist and try to drive it away, the more stuck the experience becomes. When you allow it and feel it, experience flows much more smoothly.

You can begin with one sentence: replace “Why am I anxious again?” with “I am experiencing anxiety.” That single step is enough to move you from confrontation to closeness.

9. About Anxiety: It Is Not a “Problem,” It Is a Flavor

Question: I get anxious for no clear reason. I know I should observe it and face it, but I still fall into it. So how do I actually handle it?

Answer: Your life naturally includes sweet, sour, bitter, and spicy. You would not say, “Sour must be eliminated,” “Bitter must be eliminated,” or “Spicy must be eliminated.” So why label anxiety as “bad”?

Think of it as a flavor: one flavor is anxiety, one is anger, one is sadness, and there is joy and happiness too. They all exist. What does not inherently exist is the label you stick on them: “must escape/must eliminate.”

Imagine this: your soul made many preparations to come to Earth and experience these emotions and bodily sensations. Earth is like a top-tier restaurant, and every dish is prepared with care. Would you rush to swallow every dish just to make it disappear immediately? If you are willing to stop judging and instead taste it carefully, much suffering will shift from “enemy” to “experience itself.”

If you want to ground this in daily life, try a very simple “30-second tasting practice”:

  1. Name it: Say inwardly, “I am feeling anxious.”
  2. Locate it: Bring attention back to the body. Is it more in the chest? The throat? The stomach?
  3. Allow it: Give it the space of three breaths. No analysis, no fixing - just allow it to be there.

You will notice something interesting: when you stop rushing to “eliminate” it, it becomes easier for it to move, soften, and even leave on its own.

10. About “Aliens Observing Us” and “You Outside Time”: Not The Truman Show, but the Same You Across a Thin Membrane

Question: Recently many people say they have seen spacecraft. Are aliens observing us too?

Answer: They always have been. You could even say: you at other levels are also observing you at this level right now.

Question: So does that mean there is a “future me” and “past me” watching present me?

Answer: Once you are framed by time, you get past and future. But from a perspective beyond time, the distinction is more like “inside time” versus “outside time.” You outside time is observing you inside time. And you inside time, in order to experience what it feels like to be bound by time, are as if covered by a veil that makes it hard to directly see your timeless self.

Question: Is this a bit like The Truman Show?

Answer: Not quite. The Truman Show has two different subjects: “Truman” and an “external audience.” Here, it is closer to “the inner and outer sides of the same soul,” separated by a thin membrane you created yourself.

Question: The book shows scenes after nuclear war. Was that meant to educate Earth and warn us away from self-destruction?

Answer: You can see it that way: in that era, humanity was in collective anxiety about nuclear crisis, so that kind of content was more “needed,” as if helping collective human consciousness understand consequences and avoid extremes.

But at this point in history, humanity is moving toward a more vibrant future. What is needed now is to “play well and enjoy it.”

12. About “How Many Times You Have Reincarnated”: Outside Time, It Is Like a Cookbook Already Flipped Through

Question: Then roughly how many times have I reincarnated?

Answer: More than three thousand times. This refers to experiences at levels similar to Earth. Not all were on Earth, but most were, because you “rather like Earth.”

Also, this count is more like “you outside time” looking back at how many rounds “you inside time” have already played. From outside time, everything appears like a fixed total already completed. This present moment is one dish you are tasting out of more than three thousand.

13. About “You Are Also One of Earth’s Designers”: The Oneness of Creation and Experience

Question: So do I keep coming back because Earth is so fun?

Answer: Yes - and your connection with Earth is deeper than you imagine. Nearly every soul that has reincarnated on Earth many times is often also one of the designers and creators of this “amusement park” called Earth. You are not just a visitor here to play; you also took part in planning and building its attractions.

Creation and experience are not two separate things, but two aspects of one whole. You create the stage, then step onto it to experience; experience, in turn, nourishes creation. The essence of soul inclines toward creating, but “creating without experiencing” dries creation out. A creator also needs to enter their own creation, verify it, and feel what it truly brings.

Earth is complex and able to provide deep experience because many souls co-designed and co-created it. And since you took part in that process, it is natural that you return here again and again to fully experience the script you helped design.

When you remember this, the “victim perspective” starts to loosen. Many plotlines you thought fate forced on you may be experience scripts you wrote yourself.

In other words, that grand feast served to your table is not only for you to eat - because the chef is also you.

14. About “How to Open The Thiaoouba Prophecy While Reading”: Words Are Refraction; the Key May Be the “Information Field” Between the Lines

Question: I feel today’s Q&A gave me a very different perspective. When I read the book, I was only using the author’s viewpoint; today it feels like re-reading the content through another lens.

Answer: The literal text of this book carries a strong “era filter” and “author’s personal filter.” This is not a negative judgment, but an objective refraction. The real appearance of Thiaoouba and the book’s description after passing through historical context and language expression differ greatly.

If you only read literally, you can only see the “refracted image.” If you want to get closer to the “unrefracted part,” try using your inner sense to feel the information behind the lines - treat it as contact with an information field, not just intake of knowledge.

And this is also why every era produces works with similar themes. Similar things told in different times take on completely different styles and forms.

This Q&A itself is also a form refracted through the language and understanding of the questioner and recorder, within the background of the current era.

15. Closing: Read Your Life Back from “Enemy-vs-Me” to “Tasting Experience”

If you take away only one sentence: You did not come here to clear a “forever-correct” life - you came to experience the whole menu.

When anxiety comes again, gently remind yourself of three things:

May you, in this journey on Earth, gradually release yourself from “having to win” and return to the spaciousness of “being allowed to experience.”
