These concerns are understandable. When a technology becomes powerful enough to realistically replicate your face and your voice, anyone will instinctively feel a sense of losing control. This fear does not need to be denied; it deserves to be taken seriously.
But I would like to invite you to do one thing: before responding to this fear, observe it first.
Feel where it sits in your body. Feel its texture, but do not rush to be carried away by it. Through this practice, you will gradually realize: fear is fear, and you are you; the two are not one.
The possible future reflected by fear is only a projection. If your attention is captured by this fear 100%, then you are also investing 100% of your energy into the frightening future it projects. And that makes you lose sight of other possibilities.
So, when you are no longer locked onto fear, what will you see?
You will see that AI is in fact a highly practical and efficient tool - it helps humans understand themselves and this world. With its help, a person can very quickly understand things that once required enormous time and effort to figure out. One could say that people can now grasp new things faster than in any previous era.
More than that, AI’s capability is, in many ways, a kind of “manifestation” capability. You can turn your ideas, your inner feelings, and your creativity into something that can be viewed, interacted with, and shared at very low cost with the help of AI.

Whether in software development or artistic creation, skills that once required massive time and effort to learn and hone can become easily accessible and usable by everyone in the coming era, allowing each person to build a unique world of their own.
